As a sought out speaker, Paula combines her thirty years
of experience as a teacher with her twenty years of expertise
in creating celebrations to charm her listeners and readers.
She has facilitated retreats and classes across the country,
in which women have learned to express themselves in order
to unlock their personal power and to connect their choices
in life with their health. Her material sparks interest
in hospital settings, churches, book clubs, libraries, book
stores, and women's groups when Paula demonstrates how to
create a circle of sharing, building trust through hearing
stories and telling stories. Paula has degrees from St.
Olaf College, San Francisco State University, and is trained
as a PeerSpirit facilitator.
